Going Dark Privacy disclaims all liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss, damage, cost, or legal claim arising from the use, misuse, modification, or operation of the device or software, whether intentional, accidental, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, including but not limited to total data loss, loss of cryptocurrency or other digital assets, loss of documents, business interruption, or other financial or personal damages.
Shipping
Every device is built and flashed to order. Your order is dispatched once payment has cleared and the device has passed final testing.
- All orders ship express, with shipping included in the posted price — no surprise fees at checkout.
- We ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping or accept international orders.
- Please allow build time before dispatch; the express shipping clock begins once your device passes final testing.
Returns
Because each device is custom-built and flashed to order, all sales are final — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. If your device arrives with a genuine hardware fault, contact us and we will make it right.
Payment
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe over an encrypted HTTPS connection — we never see or store your full card details. For customers who prefer to avoid card rails, we also accept BTC and ETH. No ID or account (KYC) is required to purchase.
Data & Privacy
Privacy isn't a feature we bolt on — it's the entire product, and that extends to how we treat your information.
- We collect only what is strictly required to build and ship your order.
- All customer data and accounts are permanently wiped once your service is complete. There is no standing customer database to breach, subpoena, or sell.
- We never sell, rent, share, or trade customer information with anyone, for any reason.
Do not lose your credentials or sensitive information.
Because we hold nothing about you after service, we cannot recover your device passwords, recovery phrases, encryption keys, or wallet credentials. This is by design — it's what makes the privacy real. Store your credentials securely offline and never rely on us to keep a backup. If they're lost, the data is gone for good.
